Olympics king Michael Phelps gets ready to conquer Facebook

So some of you are aware of the unfortunate or fortunate fact, depending on your perspective that i have been inactive on facebook for the past week. The reason is simple - the Virus. My account was hacked and i have been temporarily locked out until the Facebook wiz kids fix the infection.

So it was by coincidence that i ran into the Biggest Online Social Story of the Month.

Will Barack Obama be overthrown as the most popular entity on facebook?

Several pundits believe so. And who is the man who will replace him? The Olympian and 8 gold medalist Michael Phelps.

Michael Phelps has already crossed the titanic million fan threshold. In fact at 7:47 p.m. Phelps had over 1,345,040 fans compared to Senator Obama’s 1,371,890.

We shall soon find out …

Well whatever the outcome.

I will like to congratulate Mr. Phelps for winning 8 Gold Medals, that is an accomplishment he should be proud of.

   Michael Phelps is the newly crowned King of facebook.

   But as soon as i get back onto facebook.. i will help obama reclaim the thrown.
